Doing a restoration project, there are two mind sets: 1. Look to factory OEM 2. Ridability.
This particular project was extremly unique, in that the owner has owned it since he purchased it while he was still attending University back in 1973 here in Calgary. This gentleman was looking for someone to restore this particular machine after all these years after his lovely wife indicated either have it restored or sell it. After some phone calls and doing his research, I was approached to consider taking on the project. The following pictures I think will tell a story that a sad tired Norton Commando 750 has been reborn to it's original glory!
750 cc
The following pictures are of a 1973 Norton 750 Commando. Although it has been always stored in doors, time and her age has taken it's toll!
One year later, many hours, this is the end results. A beautiful piece of machinery that is as one gentleman the other day said, "It's Spectacular".
